In simple terms, the Plastic Thermoforming and Fabrication process involves preheating a flat sheet of plastic to a temperature that is high enough to soften the plastic so it can be molded into the desired shape.  Then the plastic is cooled so it becomes hard and maintains the new shape.  Lastly, the  plastic is trimmed or cut, eliminating any rough edges.
